Pay Snapitup directly
Your card is charged by Snapitup, not the seller. We settle with the seller only after the courier confirms delivery. If the item never arrives or it's not as described, your refund comes straight from us.

EZ Delivery, Tropic Air Cargo, or Belize Water Taxi handles every handoff. The seller never sees your address; you never share a phone with a stranger.

Tap Reserve. We put a 15-minute hold on the item. The seller has 2 hours (daytime) to confirm it's still available.

Stripe (card), DigiWallet, Atlantic Bank transfer, or Ekyash — every method routes the payment to Snapitup, who settles with the seller after delivery.
Courier picks up from the seller and brings it to you. We text you tracking updates.

If something goes wrong
We built Snapitup assuming things will occasionally go wrong. Here's what's already in place.
Item not as described
Open a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Admin acknowledges within 24 hours. You can get a full refund, a partial refund, or arrange a return.
Item never arrived
If the courier can't deliver, Snapitup hasn't paid the seller yet — your refund comes straight from us. Auto-refunded after the dispute window.
Seller went quiet
Reservations expire automatically. If they don't confirm within 2 hours (daytime), the item is offered to the next person on the watchlist.
High-value item arrived broken
For items above BZD $300 in eligible categories, you can opt in to Courier Inspection at checkout — the courier powers it on at pickup and aborts if it fails.
